Dear PastaQueen readers,
My site gets a lot of visitors. If all of you just gave a little to the Riley Hospital Children's Hospital, we could raise over a thousand dollars to help sick children. So, instead of buying an afternoon snack from the vending machine, why not use your spare change to help change the life of a child? If you can afford to donate more, that's great.
To earn your money, I will be climbing up 37 floors of the One America Building in Indianapolis on Saturday, January 24th. Be grateful you're not the one who will be bopping up 37 stories to earn the cash! :)
My mom spent a lot of time in the Riley Hospital right before I was born. At the age of one my older brother was diagnosed with ITP (Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura). This means he had a low platlet account, so any bruise or cut could result in profuse bleeding. They went to Riley every week to prick his finger and count his platlets. Thankfully, as my brother got older he got better and his platlet count increased, though it is still on the low side of normal.
If you would prefer to donate via check or money order, make it payable to the Riley Children's Foundation and send it to:

Please join me in support of Riley Hospital through Bop to the Top. I am collecting donations to care for children and families who depend on Indiana's first and only comprehensive pediatric facility. Contributions made from this fundraising page will ultimately help Riley Hospital achieve medical milestones that translate directly to improved care and lives saved. Please click the "Give Now" button to contribute your gift to this worthwhile cause.
Indiana is blessed to have Riley Hospital available for our children. Here are some facts about the hospital: Riley Hospital has provided compassionate care, support and comfort to children and their families since 1924. Each year, families from all 92 Indiana counties turn to Riley for care more than 200,000 times. Eight of 10 Indiana children diagnosed with cancer receive pediatric care at Riley Hospital. Riley Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and pediatric pulmonary program are ranked among the top in the nation. Many other Riley Hospital programs, such as cardiovascular surgery, diabetes and the burn center, are the largest or only of their kind not only in Indiana, but also the nation.
On behalf of myself, Riley Children's Foundation and Bop to the Top, thank you for your support of Riley Hospital for Children. Please forward this fundraising page to anyone you think may want to donate to this remarkable cause or create your own Personal Online Fundraising Page for Riley.
