Dear Friends, Family, Colleagues:

 

This is our sixth year (I think!) riding with Team Felicia and riding in support of the Southern Tier Aids Program.

It will be the second year we have road bikes, not mountain bikes. Last year was the first year we completed the 100 mile bike trip without lots of slow riding, various physical pains, and grumbling about our slow, faithful mountain bikes (mountain bikes = good for mountain) as riders whizzed by. Regardless, we have enjoyed every year with the energy and spirit of our team and the Ride and its purpose; and every year look forward to supporting this cause with our teammates.

In our global society, economy, and potentially global culture, we must remember that even small things still make a big difference....be it biking equipment for a day, a smile, a kind word for a stranger, or a listening ear for a child.
