As part of the preparation for my Bat Mitzvah, I am required to do "tikkun olam", something that will help the community. I have chosen to join Team RMH which benefits the Ronald McDonald House at Stanford - we are training to run the Big Sur Half Marathon. 

Did you know that the nightly cost to operate a room at the Ronald McDonald House at Stanford is $95? However, the donation requested of families is only $10 per night and no family is ever turned away due to inability to pay.

How can you help? Well, you don't need to run the race with me - I have my family doing that - but, in honor of my Bat Mitzvah, a donation of $18, or any multiple, would be great. (The Hebrew word for life, "chai", has a numeric value of 18 and is a traditional Jewish donation amount.) But really, your financial support, of any amount, would be fantastic! Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.
