Thank you for visiting my Polar Plunge fundraising page. They say anyone with a little guts and a warm heart can take the Plunge and I am one of those folks. I’m collecting pledges from family, friends, co-workers and anyone else who wants to support the more than 22,000 athletes of Special Olympics Illinois! Your donations will help provide athletes with intellectual disabilities the chance to participate in year-round sports training and competition.

To reward your generosity, I’m going to join over 3,600 people statewide who will voluntarily jump into freezing cold water in the middle of winter as we take part in the Law Enforcement Torch Run Polar Plunges for Special Olympics Illinois.

Hello Everyone!!!! Most of you know that I am a member of Joliet's Torch Run Committee, I have taken up this cause because I feel it's very important, and also because my God-daughter Caitlyn Is an athlete.  If you have missed out on any of the events I have already participated in and havn't been able to donate please support me this year!!!  I will be jumping into Lake Michigan 24  times in 24 hrs!!!!!!  I may be willing to wear a bikini if I raise enough money!!!!
