Please take a moment and donate to our bowling teams' efforts for Junior Achievement.  It's fast, easy, and totally secure. 

So often, we take for granted the many blessings we have in life.  For all the reasons that we are blessed - that we have a job, a roof over our heads, food in our stomachs, money in our bank accounts (however meager they may be!) - we rarely stop to consider how we achieved this success or who taught us. 

Junior Achievement is an independent, world-wide non-profit organization dedicated to bringing successful volunteer mentors into classrooms to teach the fundamentals of economics, focusing on three key content areas: financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness. 

Right now, JA needs our help to continue these important programs at no cost to our cash-strapped schools.  Here in the metro area, JA serves more than 30,000 kids in grades K-12 annually, but 8,000 more are not served due to funding or lack of volunteers. 

I believe right now, there is no greater gift we can give to the next generation than self-sufficiency, the ability to pursue their noble purposes to make the world a better place without the fear and desperation that poverty brings.

I hope you'll consider at least supporting one student at $30.  We hope to raise $1000, or enough to support two entire classrooms of students in JA.
