11th Annual Chicago Polar Plunge benefiting Special Olympics Chicago

Join more than 1700 people and jump in the lake for Special Olympics Chicago! Whether you go knee high, waist high or take the full plunge, all are welcome to attend!

We ask that you raise a minimum of $125. You can register at North Avenue Beach on Friday, March 4 and Saturday from 11am-2pm and on Sunday, March 6 from 8:30am-10:00am.

Participants will enter the water in waves (10:00am, 10:30am, 11:00am, 11:30am).

You will receive a long sleeved t-shirt and a commemorative towel when exiting the water! Also enjoy our post event "Melt Down Party" (11am-2pm) which takes place inside the boat house and in adjacent large heated tents. Music, food, cash bar and more!

Raise $250 and receive hooded sweatshirt! Raise $500 and receive hooded sweatshirt, fleece blanket and (2) tickets to Chicago White Sox game!

We will provide a free round trip bus for groups of 20 or more!
