"i am happy because now people do love me" - brenda, 17
first of all, thank you for getting this far. it means a lot to me that so many people are willing to support my partnership with one home many hopes. honestly, anyone who donates should feel that this is your cause too. we are a small organization that truly takes the form of a big family just trying to love these girls. do not doubt that your participation in this campaign is significant.
for the next thirty days we are raising money to build the girls a better home. right now the little ones are sleeping two to a bed and the older ones lack the privacy they need during this important stage of adolescence. your donation is literally going to break ground for a new home AND it will see it through to its completion.
i have set out to raise $2500.00 and every donation, no matter how small, contributes to this goal. i hope you will consider donating.
i look forward to sharing our progress with you. thank you so much for being a part of a family for girls who might otherwise not have one. anthony mulongo, the founder of mudzini kwetu, the home of these girls, said, "a country can change by caring for its children." you are caring for these children. you are making change.
heart,
jenny
