For those of you who are unfamiliar with this event- it is a 50, 80, or 100 mile bike ride around Cayuga Lake. The Ride is all about supporting our community. The ride and its fundraising efforts help to educate people on what HIV/AIDS is, and supports the cause to find a cure. STAP, The Southern Tier AIDS Program sponsors the ride every year and has a nice website with more information if you are interested: http://www.aidsrideforlife.org/

As most of you know, last year was my first year participating in the ride and it couldn't have gone any better. I set out to ride 50 miles, and I made it over 80 miles! I am really happy to have been part of such a great event that supports a wonderful cause. It was an incredibly amazing experience.
