This is your annual opportunity to support my work at Greater Plainfield Habitat for Humanity.  Our goal is to raise $10,000, and you can help!!

Our biggest event of the year is coming up next weekend - Sunday, April 10th.  So, I need you to act now - this is urgent and no time to waste.

And we will be embarking upon our BIGGEST project in the 22-year history of this local Habitat affiliate - building a 5 home project on West 7th Street in Plainfield.

The ministry of providing people with a HAND-UP is proven to pull families out of poverty.  I know that I needed a hand up at one point of my life - my newlywed bride and I received a pastoral housing loan from the good people of 1st Baptist in Westfield.

To this day, we would not be homeowners as we still would not be able to afford the necessary downpayment of a home in New Jersey.

Please give liberally this week.  Only 20 of you need to give $50 for me to reach my goal.
