Jess Kruchoski's Fundraising Page
Dear Friends and Family,
As we enter into the 2010 calendar year, I want to reach out to ask you for help in supporting my 2010 non-for-profit sponsor, The Endurance Trust.
Whereas in the past I have raced for sponsors that sold beer, bikes, and nothing worthwhile, I plan to fully support this charity organization as it supports me for the current endurance racing season. Last year, the Endurance Trust raised over $30,000 and as a group, with support from people like you, we hope to raise over ten times that in 2010. For those of you that pitched in my behalf last year, thank you! I hope that you are able to help again in 2010.
The Endurance Trust is a non-for-profit organization that raises money by supporting endurance event folks like me. In return, Endurance Trust Athletes work to collect funds to support research to find a cure for Pediatric Low Grade Astrocytomas (PLGAs) - the most common form of children's brain tumors. To learn more about the PLGA, please visit http://www.fightplga.org/
I plan to raise awareness for The Endurance Trust throughout 2010 by racing every event I enter wearing their team uniform. With every pedal stroke I take, I hope to help raise awareness for their organization and will ask that you consider supporting them on my behalf. Some of the events I plan to do in 2010 will be the 100 mile, 3-day TransRockies Challenge, The 120-mile Insane Terrain Race through Southwestern Wisconsin, and I will compete in a full schedule of Cross Country events throughout Wisconsin. I will also be setting up an awareness tent for The Endurance Trust at each of these events to help get the word out about the organization.
I appreciate anything that you can do to help in this very worthy cause and please realize no support amount is too small. Donating through this website is simple, fast, tax deductable and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my 2010 fundraising efforts.
Many thanks for your support -- and please feel free to forward this to anyone who you think might want to be a parrt of this organization too! Finally, if you have the means (and a good employer), please consider any corporate matching programs that may be appropriate. Let me know if you have any questions or if you would like to come to an event in 2010 to help spread the word!
Sincerely,
Jess
