In celebration of my 8th year since being diagnosed with a brain tumor I have set out to climb to the Base Camp of Mount Everest and raise $8,000 help the Children's Brain Tumor Foundation help children, teens, and young adults with brain tumors. $8,000 will enable 15 young brain tumor survivors to find hope and encouragement at camp.
As a brain tumor survivor myself, I believe strongly in this cause and hope you can help!. Please join the effort by donating even a small amount you can afford.

My training for this great adventure has included running the Missoula Marathon and riding in Ratpod, a 130 mile bike ride around the Pioneer Mountains in Montana (a fundraiser for Camp Mak-A-Dream). I have been playing on 2 soccer teams this summer climbing around Missoula whenever I get a spare moment!
October 5th I am off for Nepal and 18,000 feet of elevation!
Thanks so much for joining me in this great adventure!
If it is easier for you to make a donation by check, checks can be made out to CBTF and mailed to:
