I will be running the 5K in Brighton on Sat Oct 3rd with team Muffin. That's right, running a 5K., ha! 

Samaritans, Inc. is an agency dedicated to alleviating distress, isolation, despair and suicidal feelings 24-hours a day; educating the public about suicide prevention; and reducing the stigma associated with suicide. 

In honor of her mother who took her life 15 years ago, I will be running with my friend Sarah and her her team. As you know this is a cause that is also important to me and with the work that I do. If you could donate a small amount for Sarah's team in my name I would appreciate it!
