Fitness Magazine Women's Half Marathon in NYC
Anyone that knows me, knows that I love animals. Like, I really really love them.
And I really use the word like too much, I know. And really.
Really, like, I know.
My love for animals has been lifelong. I own two dogs named Chili + Oilver and growing up as a child, we had three cats, a dog and a horse. Okay, so I regress.
Long story short, here are the deets:
Farm sanctuary is a real place that exists in Glen Watkins, NY that cares for abused, neglected, down animals and animals that have escaped slaughterhouses that are found wandering on highways. Did you know that animals run as fast as they can out of there any chance they get? Yeah, neither did I, but it makes sense. Farm sanctuary has a website you can visit to learn about all they do : www.farmsanctuary.org - hit it up + educate yourself.
My wish is that all beings everywhere can live happy + free. Until then, I will continue to try to spread the word that compassion is cool and raise money for cool people that do nice things. I chose to run in the half marathon on April 15th in NYC that starts in Central Park. Totes psyched to be in NY + sleep in a nice hotel. Ace? My ADD is leading this conversation elsewhere.
Anyway, thank you for visiting my Personal Fundraising Page. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to my fundraising efforts. Many thanks for your support -- Listen, even if you can't make a financial contribution, please pass this awesome page on to anyone you think can.
Do it for the kittens.
Jessica
PS isn't the fluffy little dog so cute? I love her.
