 It's that time of year again.  The 2009 Seal Beach Polar Plunge is fast approaching and  agents with State Parole are looking forward to another great event in support of Special Olympics Southern California.  This has been a popular event for agents as our participation has grown to include our friends, our colleagues, our children and even our grandchildren.
