For 90 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities has been providing children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported 1-to-1 relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.
In 2011, the organization served approximately 2,950 matches and, in 2010, High School seniors in the program graduated at a 40% higher than expected rate, compared to state averages. Most children served by Big Brothers Big Sisters are in single-parent and low-income families or households where a parent is incarcerated.
