Hi Everyone-

We're in Boston for the summer working for SUP, and we really wanted to continue developing relationships that we made with our group of girls in BRYE programs and at the Strong Women Strong Girls BRYE site last semester. 

We decided to continue working with them in the summer, by creating BRYE Summer Girls Group.  We will meet with the girls each week and take a field trip.  We will incorporate some of the staples of the SWSG curriculum to provide consistency (journals, check-in, bios), and will do it all while exploring Boston.

Each week at our field trip, a woman in that field will present to our girls about her life as a "living biography."  We're really excited about all the cool places that we'll get to go.

We don't need a lot of money to run this program, but we do need a little bit to help out with the costs of field trips, snacks, and transportation.  If we are able to raise this much, we'll be able to go on a cool closing field trip with the girls to somewhere fun.  We're hoping that we can get 25 donations of $10 dollars from people who support what we're doing.  Thanks so much for considering this.
