Hi Family and Friends,

On August 12th my Mom and I will be running in the Falmouth Road Race to support my Nana who has been battling cancer for many years. Sadly, her cancer has returned and they don't have a cure for her. I am hoping that I can help raise money for cancer research so no one has to suffer through cancer. My Nana is the best and I love her.

My Mom and I are honored to be running as part of the Joe Andruzzi Foundation Team. Joe is a cancer survivior, a friend, and was a professional football player for the NE Patriots until he was diagonsed with Non-Hodgkins Burkitts Lymphoma ( the same type as my Nana) in 2007. Thankfully, Joe is cancer free. The Joe Andruzzi Foundation started in 2007 provides financial assistance to patients and their families as well as funding for pediatric brain cancer reasearch. Please check out the Joe Andruzzi Foundation website to see what fantastic work they are doing at www.joeandruzzifoundation.org
