I want to honor the true heroes of our world by helping Freedom is Not Free -- http://www.freedomisnotfree.com -- raise money for our Nation’s wounded service members, their families and the families of the fatally wounded.
On August 30, 2009, I will be competing in Ironman Louisville -- http://www.ironmanlouisville.com/. By the end of the day (a very long one), I will have swum 2.4 miles, biked 112 miles, and run 26.2 miles, for a total of 140.6 miles.
A $10 donation equates to about 7 cents a mile. A $25 donation equates to almost 18 cents a mile. Is there anyone out there who will donate $1 per mile? I will be working hard on August 30th, and I ask that you please donate what you can.
