This year the Davenport Police Department Emergency Services Team (our SWAT team) is rasing money for Special Olympics by doing the "Polar Plunge".  The plunge takes place this Saturday (10/25/08) at West Lake Park.  We are dressing up in costumes and are hoping to raise a lot of money to support Special Olympics.  Sorry for the short notice, but I just found out about this web site.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  After the event, I will send out photos of the event.
