Cancer Sucks. And although I haven't suffered from the disease myself, as I get older more and more people I know and love do and/or have suffered. I will be honoring them as I run.

Specifically, I will be honoring an aunt that died last year. I didn't know her very well. I wish I did. The parts I did know I loved. She was one of the most honest and real people I have ever known. This is a rarity. It's not fair that such a genuine person had to suffer, but I can't change that. What I can do is try to help those who are still here, so that is what I am doing.

I want to thank you for your donation. I would also be honored to run in honor of anyone you know that has suffered or is currently suffering. Send me their name. Tell me their story. I will be running with a list of names on me and will include your loved ones if you would like.
