Inspired by Dr. Gail Addlestone, Gilda's Gang is a 15-week training program to help prepare participants to run or walk the Country Music 1/2 Marathon on April 28, 2012. To join The Gang, all team members are asked to raise a minimum of $750 by race day to help fund the free cancer support programs at Gilda's Club Nashville. Gilda's Gang team registration is $25, which will be credited to the participant's fundraising total. The team meets every Saturday morning at Gilda's Club for distance training walk/runs.
Program includes: FREE access to Vanderbilt Dayani Center, fitness specialists to lead Saturday AM group training, personalized programs for run/walk/run-walk, team discount for 1/2 marathon entry fee, official team technical shirt, and post-race awards celebration!
