Hudson Valley Community Services’ mission is to promote prevention and wellness for all people, to encourage life-affirming decisions maximizing their quality of life, and to coordinate care for those living with complex health conditions. Since 1983, the agency has grown to service the needs of over 3,000 community members annually through our locations in Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester counties. Until 2012, HVCS was known as AIDS-Related Community Services or ARCS. We continue to provide our core services to those affected by HIV/AIDS while expanding our mission to serve other chronic conditions.
