Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation is a non-profit organization which raises money for instruments for underpriviledged students in the Houston area.  On Sunday November 1, hundreds of drummers in several cities in the US (Houston included) will be gathering.   During this Texas Big Beat gathering, we will also be trying to break the Guiness World Book of Records of most drummers drumming at the same time.  If everyone I know dontes just $5.00, we could all help this cause.  I'll be at the event  drumming away (need earplugs anyone?).  For more information, please visit this website.
