Thank you for visiting the TEAM HIGGINS fundraising page for Hospice of the North Shore, Inc.; our family is participating in this walk for our third year to support the Hospice mission in memory of Vincent W. Higgins.

Last year TEAM HIGGINS was one of the top fundraising teams in the Walk for Hospice thanks to the generosity and support of many friends of the family. Despite the rain, 26 members of the family made the walk, had fun, and were excited to support the Hospice in memory of Vinny.

Our Team Captain, Joanne Higgins ~ Nana, has the family committed to this year's Walk on Sunday, October 18, 2009. We are walking and asking for your support because we are grateful for the care and kindness Vinny received from the Hospice team; he was able to enjoy every day and he thought the world of them. Our family couldn't have managed without the collaboration and support of the Hospice of the North Shore.

The Walk is our way to thank the Hospice of the North Shore for all they did for our family and to help them in providing care and support to other families in need.
