My name is Jodi Stavola and I am so happy to be running my second Ryan's Run this year!  I have more than one reason for running this year.  My #1 reason is for the love of my 6 year old son James Michael.  James was diagnosed in utero with a cardiac disease called Double Outlet Right Ventricle with a Complex Tausig Bing.  He has overcome many odds, but still faces a long and hard road ahead.  He has been through 4 open heart surgeries, many minor surgeries and a stroke at 9 months old.  At first doctors didnt think that he would live past the age of 2.  But, we are thrilled that on June 29 of this year he will be 7 years old! There are no certain outcomes for his future.  Although doctors are amazed by his strength and progress that he has made so far.  We hope and pray for a cure or a miracle so that James can out live us all.  

I run with my heart and soul to pray for a cure for all pediatric cardiac children that mentally and physically struggle day to day as my family and I do.   Please sponsor me this year for a great cause.  Lets help out in any and evey way that we can.  God bless these families that will benefit from this amazing and wonderful race!
