As many of you already know, my goddaughter Izabelle was born with a solitary kidney that began to fail, this foundation has become an important part of our lives and this will be my fourth year walking.

Fischmans will be "Jammin in the lot" on June 4th to help raise money for the "Gift of Life Walk". So mark your calendars now!!!! Great raffles, food and live entertainment!

Any donation would be greatly appreciated in helping me achieve my goal. All proceeds from this event will directly benefit the NKF of IL. The money raised goes to help fund the Kidney Mobile, a custom mobile exhibit offering free prevention education and health screenings for high blood pressure, diabetes and chronic kidney disease to Illinois communities. Some of the money also goes towards summer camps and programs for children with kidney disease.
