Dear Friends and Family,

It is time for the Angel Fund Walk of Hope once again. The annual event is a 3.5 mile walk around Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield Mass. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. with the walk commences at 11:00 a.m.

This year my mother and I got to visit the Cecil B. Day Neuromuscular Lab at the UMass Medical Center in Worcester and see first hand what the funds the Angel Fund raises are used for. This was a great opportunity to see what all their hard is work is for. They are doing wonderful work at the lab and have made great strides in the fight against this disease.

My father was a great husband, brother, son, father, grandfather and friend to many. He was lost way too soon to this terrible disease.  My family and I are hoping you can help so that others may not have to see or experience this horrible disease. Anything you can give can go a long way to help the Angel Fund and the labs.
