Imagine the thrill and challenge of riding a bicycle 135 miles up and over mountain passes, alpine meadows & crystal clear mountain streams, all in one day and all for an amazing cause. Close your eyes and feel the cold morning air in the mountains, the hot sun of the afternoon, and the smiles on the sweaty faces of all the riders.
Celebrating 11 years, RATPOD (Ride Around The Pioneers in One Day) is now the main fundraising event for Camp Mak-A-Dream, a cost-free camping experience for kids with cancer from throughout the US and abroad located in Gold Creek, MT. Camp is an amazing place, complete with a healthcare facility, medical staff, dedicated volunteers, and opportunities for kids to explore and laugh with others going through the same fight. Last year, with your help, I raised enough money to send 6 kids to camp for a week (about $500.00 per child)...I'd like for us to send 10 kids this year.

To accomplish my goal I need to raise $5,000.00 by June 10th. You can help me by donating to my firstgiving account. It's super easy and will make a real difference for a child with cancer.
