BRIEF TRIATHLON HISTORY
Brief it is...Even though I've been on the planet for sixty years, it's just my second doing triathlons.

I completed my first "olympic distance" triathlon in 3:30. Next years goal is to go under three hours. 

Firethorne was my third and last sprint of the season and went well (not a best, but close). Hopefully, my running legs will come around next year.

 WHY COCI???
Two things in life a person has no control over are where one was born and who the parents are.
While I am fortunate on both counts, many are not.
Every child deserves a chance in life and that is what COCI is about.

COCI - Houston sponsers children of incarcerated parents (No More Victems Inc.). Something that caught my eye is that there were 45 high school graduates from the program this year. Many of them probably would not have done this without help.

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.
