WELCOME AND THANK YOU FOR CHECKING OUT MY FUNDRIASING PAGE!
MY STORY:
Huntington's Disease has taken a huge toll on my family and some really wonderful friends of mine. Many terrifc familes and close friends have lost a loved one to HD recently. Some were parents, some were spouses, and some were even a parents child who lost the battle.
The Cuccinotto Family has had it's own extremely challenging year with our siblings as they have progressed with Huntingtons Disease. My mother has been an amazing caregiver!
THE GOOD NEWS IS HOPE IS TRULLY OUT THERE!! I have attended conventions where I have heard about the Clinical Trials and listened to the researches present thier work, and learned about the New HDSA National Strategic Plan. Yes there is a team commitment to HD and I am all in!
Will you join me in the effort to help all my friends and family in the HD Community?
WAYS TO HELP:
1.Donate on my page as I attempt free throws the way my DAD "COACH CUCC" taught me. He actually taught me better than I can shoot. But I will do my best!
2. Become a participant and create your very own page and get all your family friends and business partners to sponsor you GO TO: http://www.firstgiving.com/hdsa-il/hoops
3. Come out for the day and visit friends, make new ones, and drop some dollars in our raffles and auctions. Plus plenty of kids activities for the day.
