Additional to the primary function of raising and distributing operating dollars for members and affiliates, the United Performing Arts Fund (UPAF) is evolving into serving as a community resource for growing the excellence, reputation and impact of the performing arts. In short, the mission is ensuring the excellence and sustainability of the performing arts sector - which serves as a key driver for the community's economic and social development.
