Cycling the Iditarod Trail to Support MS Research
Hi Everyone!
I'm riding the Iditarod Sled Dog Trail on my mountain bike in Febuary of 2007 as part of the Iditarod Trail Invitational Multi-Sport Race . The trail is 1100 miles long and runs from Anchorage to Nome, Alaska. As part of this trip I hope to raise money for the National MS Society.
I was diagnosed with MS in 2002, and know first-hand how difficult a new diagnosis can be. The National MS Society is a great organization that is especially helpful with those coping with a new diagnosis and the endless questions and concerns that arise when dealing with this complex and unpredicable disorder. The Society also supports cutting edge research devoted to finding a cure for MS.
