Please join us on Saturday, May 21, for a fundraiser to benefit the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. The fundraiser will be held at The Hill, 416 3rd Ave (btw 29th & 30th) from 9 – 12 p.m. We are requesting a donation of $20 that will go directly to the charity, and there will be free appetizers, $3 domestic beers, $4 well drinks, and $5 cosmos.
We are dedicating the night once again to the memory of Green Beret Staff Sergeant Joseph Curreri, who tragically died in 2007 while deployed in the Philippines in the fight against global terrorism. Although Joe did not have any children, he was a passionate supporter of the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
This will be the 4th annual tribute to Joe. We have raised over $25,000 over the past three years and are setting our sights high with a goal of $10,000 this year.
