I have signed up to be a dancer for the 2010 UNC-CH Dance Marathon.  The 24-hour dance marathon will take place February 19-20, 2010 from 7 p.m. to 7 p.m. As a dancer, I will join more than 1600 fellow Carolina students as we stay on our feet for 24 hours in a show of symbolic support for the doctors, nurses, social workers and families of N.C. Children's Hospital.  As a dancer, I am also raising money to contribute to UNC-CH Dance Marathon's fundraising effort.  

Since its start almost 12 years ago, UNC Dance Marathon has raised over $2 million dollars, all of which have benefitted various programs at the North Carolina Children's Hospital.  The money helps with costs not covered by insurance, such as transportation, holiday dinners, personal bills, and programs designed to enhance patient's and their families' stays at the hospital.

You can help the UNC-CH Dance Marathon by sponsoring me as a dancer.  Your sponsorship will be used to support the patients and families in N.C. Children's Hospital.
