Thousand of dogs are spending their lives chained in yards or locked in pens-never knowing the loving touch of a belly rub. Many never have heard a kind word or received a treat. Others go days without proper food or water. 

They can't help themselves-but we can help them.  Dogs Deserve Better rescue these gentle souls and provide them with food, medical care and loving foster and permanent homes.  Won't you help?
