Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.

I get to serve on the Board of Directors of COTS (Committee on the Shelterless) and am proud to have been nominated President of the board October 2008. I  also volunteer at COTS a lot.  My husband Michael and I volunteered with the COTS Family Connection and loved every minute of it!  These families are so deserving and are trying so hard to turn their lives around and are DOING IT with alot of courage and love.

These are tough times for the homeless people we help, and COTS is needed more than ever.  But we're facing severe government funding cuts that threaten our ability to keep helping.

 

This drive is specific. It is to help with funding of kids programs at COTS, making for a better more comfortable life and a better future...

 

While out and about during the holidays, think of something you can give up..Maybe a Latte...maybe a movie rental...maybe dinner out...maybe a new pair of socks...maybe a new gadget.....Come back here and spend what you would have spent on the thing you gave up...it is all these little donations that will add up to a big amount that will benefit alot of kids....

This is a three week challenge going from the day after Thanksgiving (Nov 28th thru December 19th)...All Board members have created their own giving page with all proceeds supporting the children programs at COTS...Our goal is a collective $10,000, but I honestly think we can do better than that...

Come back multiple times during the three week period and when you give up something let the COTS kids benefit.
