Well, here I am again, I completed the 2010 Sprint Triathlon!

It was fabulous and I encourage you to participate in an event like this yourself - and create new levels of fitness for yourself, while you are causing new lives for children!!  I'm still fundraising!

Please dig deep into your pockets and support the children that COCI serves.  They REALLY do have different lives, when you and I invest in their futures.
