Autism now affects 1 in 110 children! More children will be diagnosed with autism this year than with AIDS, diabetes & cancer combined. I am sure we all know someone who has been diagnosed.

Autism was brought in to my life about 20 years ago when a cousin of mine was diagnosed. Timmy is truly an amazing man who has made such progress and strides over the years.

About ten years ago I moved to Mendon and had the joy of meeting my "second son" Jeff, whom also has autism.  Jeff has become a part of my family. He vacations with us, comes to family functions, etc. He has brought so much into my life. 

I have seen first hand the strength and support that autism families need.  That is why I am running and forming a team for this event.   Last year we raised over $4500.00 and I am hoping to top that this year.  Thank you!!!
