As many of you know I am in training for a sprint triathlon and just found out it will be July 25, 2010. I continue to work on my running and swimming and hopefully soon my biking. As part of my training I signed up for a few 5K races. With that said I will be running in the 3rd Annual Somerville Jingle Bell 5K Run on December 13th. 

In the spirit of the holidays I decided to fundraise for Helen's school, Nashoba Learning Group. They have made tremendous gains with Helen and I always am looking to give back to them. So this holiday season consider sponsoring me in my run and giving to a great school. No amount is too small.
