It has been quite a year...  I lost my sweet Daphne and adopted 2 high energy kittens I had been fostering since they were 5 weeks old.  Jasper and Lilly are about a year old now.  They showed up on my friend's doorstep shortly after the last Barkapalooza event.  I had no intention on keeping them, but I am a sucker for a furry face (or two). 

Lilly and Jasper were lucky, they were rescued and never had to go into the humane society.  We have the most wonderful volunteers and staff at the West Suburban Humane Society, but we can't continue to care for these furry critters without people like you to help.

Please come to the event, even cat people are there, and yes, I am always at the cat table!  Or if you can not attend please take a second to donate a few dollars.  Every little bit helps.
