Thank you for visiting Ferris' Dollars for Down's fundraising page. Ferris Patrick Martin, our angel, was welcomed into the world on January 5, 2009!  As most of you know, he was diagnosed with Down Syndrome at birth and even though it was a surprise to us it did not change the way we feel about our son.  Ferris is a wonderful boy and brings joy to us, and everyone he encounters!  His love and zest for life is evident in all that he accomplishes!  He is now 21 months old and has become quite the entertainer, dancing and singing along to Lady Gaga (see the video on the left) and The Imagination Movers!  Ferris is full on crawling and pulling up on everything, as well as trying to read every book he can get his hands on.  He is fast and extremely curious these days and we are loving every minute of it!

October is Down Syndrome Awareness month and we will be participating in Ferris' second Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk! All donations will support the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida, which offers hope, encouragement and acceptance through advocacy, education and awareness so that each may realize their potential as members of our community. Every little bit helps!
