Bowl For Kids Sake in Polson was a great success. We raised over $3,000 in pledges and $4,000 in business sponsorships. My team came up with $300 on March 8th, thanks to team members Lindsey Dietz, Alan Bouchard and Greg Linse. I mistakenly entered our team total below earlier, so that is now corrected. In my email to you all, I promised to match what you send me so the totals below reflect your donations which to date-counting both Polson & Ronan events are $465!! I put in $100 for Polson, so I won't be matching that. Your generous $365 in donations, and my $365 match will be $730 (plus my $100 for Polson) = $830. That is over half way to my goal. What is great about mentoring is that one volunteer hour or less a week translates into a child feeling valued and because of this, making better, saner, healthier choices. It is the power of friendship.
