Dear Friends,
As most of you know, I have had the honor of working for BIAC for ten years. Over the years, I have been humbled and inspired by the many individuals and families I've met who, while traveling a road they never would have chosen, have shown such courage, strength and determination.
As we see more and more youth with concussions and veterans returning home joining the thousands of Connecticut citizens sustaining a brain injury each year, the work of BIAC becomes more and more critical.
Last year, through the generosity of so many of you, I was able to raise significant funds for BIAC. This year, more than ever, BIAC needs your help. As many of you know, significant cuts in both state and private funding have impacted us greatly. We have a great staff and the work they do is critical to so many. Cuts have already forced us to eliminate services and programs. Your support can help rebuild BIAC so we can be there for all who need us in the future.
Thank you so much,
Julie
