Junior Achievement's Fundraising Page
Is it any surprise that 60 percent of teens do not know the difference between cash, credit cards and checks? This does not speak well for financial responsibility or a grasp of economic principles.
Young consumers must help rebuild the economy on a stronger foundation and they need financial education and skills to meet the challenge. Insufficient knowledge equals insufficient funds; so things need to change - now!
Junior Achievement is ready to help. JA has the educational programs in place, ready to go - but needs resources to implement them. JA’s programs provide K-12 students with age-appropriate, hands-on lessons about how to be financially literate.
Your financial and volunteer support of these programs will be as beneficial as money in the bank for young people in the United States - and around the world.
P.S. We ask for your assistance. Your help is needed now more than ever. We know JA programs work. Can you provide urgently needed financial support or volunteer time to add to the credits on the economy’s balance sheet? Children across the globe will be the grateful recipients of your consideration and resources - and, thanks to your generosity, will add their own contributions of abundance to the world.
