Learning to fly

We are all on our own journeys in life, following our own paths.

My personal path has always been closely intertwined with nature. From watching ants in my driveway as a child, to sailing across the ocean, to leading hikes and preparing lessons - nature is there for a moment of peace, serenity, and inspiration. As I prepare to take yet another detour on the road of life as a yoga teacher and part-time job coordinator extraordinaire, I remain rooted to the earth. It's what supports us. We walk all over it, take from it and yet it still gives and provides for us. Show your appreciation for the planet and give it a gift.
