Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!  I am running the Marine Corps Marathon 10K race so that I can raise money for the organization Merlin USA.  Merlin works in regions suffering from natural and man-made disasters.  The organization specializes in health, saving lives in times of crisis and helping to rebuild shattered health systems.

$20 can pay for 2,000 chlorine tablets for safe drinking water

$50 can pay for treatment to prevent HIV + pregnant women passing the virus onto babies

$200 can buy birthing kits for a community midwife to deliver ten babies

$1000 can buy medical kits to equip six community midwives
