On May 9, 2010, I will be participating in the Police Unity Tour. This bicycle tour spans four days and covers over 300 miles, departing from NY and ending in Washington, D.C. This ride is in honor of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. Your donations will help continue to fund the National Law Enforcement Officer's Memorial and Musuem. 

Last year, with 7 days notice, I accepted the challenge to ride my bike from NYC to Washington DC with the Police Unity Tour.  Deciding to do this ride was, beyond a doubt, the best decision I have ever made in my life!!!  I can not put into words how important this ride and my fellow riders have become to me.  I feel great pride and gratitude that I was given the opportunity to complete this feat and to be accepted back for the 2010 ride with Chapter 37. 

I also feel great great pride and gratitude that in those seven days before the 2009 ride, I was able to raise over $2,500.00 for the Police Unity Tour.  I was completely blown away by the genorousity of my friends and loved ones!! I would like to once again thank each and every one of you who donated last year.  And I would like to ask once again for you to find it in your hearts to donate to this wonderful cause for the 2010 ride.  Any donation, large or small, will be greatly appreciated!!  I would like to raise more money than last year and raised my donation target.

This year, I am riding in honor of all of the fallen New York City Police Department MOS, just as I did last year.  I dedicate my ride to all who have made the ulitimate sacrifice for the city that I have called home for 30 years.
