Thank you for visiting our fundraising page!  We can't wait to ride the RATPOD, after all it is on our home turf!

Gerri Coon, Katey Brandenberger and Emmy Jessop are all riding together for this race.  Gerri's an alum...did it in 2008, and Emmy and Katey are really nervous about the whole thing but know that we can do it!! 

Gerri is a local of Wisdom, a full on Renaissance Gal...mother, rancher, cross country skier, snowboarder, you name it...she does it 100%!  She rode the RATPOD with very little training last year and finished with no problem...again, Emmy and Katey are a little nervous to ride with her! 

Emmy is from Hamilton, MT, and moved to Wisdom with her husband in 2008 to work for the Ruby Ranch.  She's made this place her home, working for the ranch owner remodeling the old ranch houses, and still heads home to visit the family on a regular basis.  She decided on a whim to sign up and ride with Katey and Gerri, but she's a natural athlete and will do awesome! 

Katey moved to the Big Hole Valley in 2002 to work for a fly fishing lodge for a summer and never looked back.  Now a real estate agent for Prudential Montana Twin Bridges, she also keeps herself busy doing marketing for local events and helping clients with their computer skills.  She's been planning on riding the RATPOD since she heard Gerri did it last year, and she's chomping at the bit to get her bike off the trainer and get back outside!   

This is a beautiful ride through the Pioneer Mountains in the Big Hole Valley of Southwest Montana.  Check out the info at www.ratpod.org.  We start and finish in Dillon, with 157 miles in between!  If we hit our fundraising target, we definitely plan on shooting for more!
