Katharine Breunig's Fundraising Page
Last summer in july 8 i turned 27 years old. I have been doing the buddy walk for 2 years now since last your in 2009 and this year 2010. I am having so much fun doing it. I gave speech at the buddy walk last year. It promotes acceptance and inclusion for people like me(katharine breunig and other special abilities to be involved in the community. For example i moved to brattleboro vt in 2005 and i got involved with the community. It was hard to get involved in the community but it will get easy to get going. right now I live on my own with a roommate on elliot st terrace apt 2. I am really happy. i went to the music academy in south hadley mass. I play the piano also i sing and dance. i learned how to live on my own. i got involved with an agency called families first they also help me to live on my own with a roommate. That was my dream to go there and it happened. I graduated from the two year program and and now i am a alumni. I gave a speech at my graduation in 2009 . Now i a m working at price chopper and i get paid. I am doing lots of fun things in my life. Also I do yoga and i love it. This is how I got involved with the buddy walk in the fall of 2009. Somebody heard me gave a speech and got a phone call from this family and asked me to give a speech at the buddy walk and I said to them yes I would like to give a speech and that is how I got involved with the buddy walk. i am enjoying it. i am asking everybody to come for the event.
