Hi everyone! It is that time of the year again! On September 10th I will be riding 100 miles around Cayuga Lake for the 5th time in support of the Southern Tier AIDS program. Last year 300+ riders raised over $200,000 for STAP. All the funds raised in the ride go to the Southern Tier AIDS Program, helping to support the programs and services they provide.
